We offer a 30-day money back guarantee on all retail purchases minus the shipping and handling. Any damaged merchandise that is returned can be replaced if still available. How do you return products?
Before returning any merchandise, you must contact a Vettecollectibles.com Representative. They will give you a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). You must write the number on the outside of the original carton. The RMA number will expire within 14 days from the date issued, so returns must be received before that date to receive credit. Any merchandise returned for damaged reasons will be replaced if replacements are in-stock. All items must be returned in the manufacturer's original packaging to receive credit.
